According to the video this surgery is the fourth most popular form of plastic surgery among men. This means that there are lots of men out there that want to lose their man boobs.

Another interesting statistic from the video is that 60% of young males develop gynecomastia, and most see it disappear with in one year, which is good news.

I want to point out that Male Breast Reduction Surgery is mainly for gynecomastia, not pseudogynecomastia. Pseudogynecomastia can be treated with diet and exercise, because it is caused by a build up of fat, and not actual breast tissue.

Which has been approved by the FDA, but is being prescribed “off label”, uses that it was not intended or approved for, by some doctors to treat behavioral problems like Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

It was reported that many of the cases were permanent and the boys had to under go breast reduction surgery to correct the problem.

I think that this is a good example of know what your are putting in to your body or your kids body for that matter. Be sure you have all the facts about a drug before you take it, don’t just take the doctors word for it, do your research.

The FDA allows you to research the their finding about drugs they approve, get a copy of the report and read it. It lists any know side effects and other information found in the clinical trials.

This may be helpful for some men out there that are developing gynecomastia and are using Propecia, because it could be causing your problem.

It was mentioned in the article that when the men stopped using Propecia, the gynecomastia went away, so that is some good news.

I don’t want you to read this article and think you have a serious illness, just because you have man boobs. But, pay attention to the underlying meaning, our bodies usually do a good job of letting us know when something is wrong.

After conducting my research this is what I have concluded. Slimaluma (Caralluma Fimbriata) is the primary ingredient for the function of the supplement. Slimaluma is an extract of the Caralluma Fimbriata Cacti plant. Which has been used by the people of India for hundreds of years as a food source and appetite suppressor. Many native tribes use the plant to suppress their hunger while out on long hunts. Caralluma fimbriata is also believed to have an effect on the appetite control mechanism of the brain.” Which suggests that it may also act as a catalyst helping your body burn more fat.

According to the reports of the two double blind studies of Caralluma Fimbriata. Conducted at the Division of Nutrition, St John’s National Academy of Health Sciences in India, and the Western Geriatric Research Institute, LA, USA. Where two groups of obese people were used, half the group was given a placebo, and the other Slimaluma (Caralluma Fimbriata). The only additional change to their daily routine was to walk 30min in the morning and 30mins in the evening. The active group taking Slimaluma showed a statistically significant reduction of weight, waist size, and appetite reduction.

Real Gynecomastia

This is caused by a natural build up breast tissue in males. Every man has some amounts of breast tissue in the chest. Before puberty the levels of testosterone in the body are relatively low and more estrogen is produced. As puberty hits, testosterone levels in the body pick up and estrogen levels decrease, causing most of the breast tissue to decrease to a minimal level. However, for some men the breast tissue does not decrease causing man boobs past puberty, the reason why this happens is not really known.
