<p>One Note though:</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t want you to read this article and think you have a serious illness, just because you have man boobs. But, pay attention to the underlying meaning, our bodies usually do a good job of letting us know when something is wrong. </p>
<p>Have a regular check up and discuss any changes you have noticed with your doctor, and don&#8217;t be afraid to go in to real detail. </p>
<p>I would rather pay a few bucks and know I am healthy, then constantly worry about it. Because that can cause even more stress, which can have adverse effects on the body as well. </p>
