Pseudogynecomastia – this condition literally means Pseudo “fake” Gynecomastia “male breast”. It is caused by excess fat that get stored in a man chest. Their are a couple of reasons why this happens.

First there is simply being overweight, having a high body fat percentage is a leading cause of pseudogynecomastia and is generally corrected with diet and exercise. But, here is where this can get a little confusing.

The second cause of fake moobs is also caused by a hormone imbalance. Huh, “I thought Gynecomastia was caused by a hormone imbalance”, it is but it slightly different, let me explain.

Lets take a step back for a seconds and talk about how the hormone imbalanced of gynecomastia is caused and then look how it is caused in Pseudogynecomastia and you will understand why one is more serious then the other and why you can cure Pseudogynecomastia naturally and Gynecomastia has to be treated medically.
