Easy Ways to Conceal Your Man Boobs

Being a man with man boobs or “moobs” can be a little embarrassing at times. This article is for those guys that want to hide or conceal their man boobs from public eyes.

Lets get started.






  1. Wear loose fitting shirts – This one is simple and easy to do, any really needs no further explanation.
  2. Wear tight fitting under shirts below your normal shirts – This will help to compress you man boobs and make them less noticeable.
  3. Don’t take your shirt off in public - This is self explanatory.
  4. During the winter wear loose fitting sweaters or hoodies – The thick material and loose fitting nature of the sweater will conceal your man boobs.
  5. Stay away from public pools – if you love swimming wear a dark colored shirt in the water never wear white.
  6. Wear a vest – if you have job wear you must dress in business attire a vest can look very professional and hide you man boobs.
  7. No spandex – I think you understand why
