Because of the nature of this product I knew that I had to put it under extreme scrutiny. I have seen many supplements come and go that deal with fat loss, but this is one of the first that claims to deal with gynecomastia specifically. I obtained a full list of ingredients from the manufacturer and research each one to find out exactly what they do and if they have any adverse side effects. After doing this I could determine its effectiveness in helping you get rid of those man boobs.

Here is the full list of ingredients.

  • Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride)
  • Folic Acid
  • Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin)
  • Caffeine
  • Chromium Picolinate
  • Proprietary Blend of these ingredients
    • Caralluma Fimbriata (Aerial Parts)
    • Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis) (Leaf)
    • 50% EGCG Extract (Epigallocatechin Gallate)
    • Coca Extract (Theobroma Cocao) (Bean)
        Containing

      • L-tyrosine
      • Theobromine
      • Theophylline
      • Caffine
      • Aldimines
    • Cayenne (Capsicurn Arnuurn) (Fruit)
    • ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate)
    • Slimaluma (Caralluma Fimbriata) (Aerial Parts) (25% Extract)

After conducting my research this is what I have concluded. Slimaluma (Caralluma Fimbriata) is the primary ingredient for the function of the supplement. Slimaluma is an extract of the Caralluma Fimbriata Cacti plant. Which has been used by the people of India for hundreds of years as a food source and appetite suppressor. Many native tribes use the plant to suppress their hunger while out on long hunts. According to About.com, “Caralluma fimbriata is believed to block the activity of several enzymes, which then blocks the formation of fat, forcing fat reserves to be burned. Caralluma fimbriata is also believed to have an effect on the appetite control mechanism of the brain.” Which suggests that it may also act as a catalyst helping your body burn more fat.

According to the reports of the two double blind studies of Caralluma Fimbriata. Conducted at the Division of Nutrition, St John’s National Academy of Health Sciences in India, and the Western Geriatric Research Institute, LA, USA. Where two groups of obese people were used, half the group was given a placebo, and the other Slimaluma (Caralluma Fimbriata). The only additional change to their daily routine was to walk 30min in the morning and 30mins in the evening. The active group taking Slimaluma showed a statistically significant reduction of weight, waist size, and appetite reduction.

I also obtained of a copy of the report submitted to the FDA for their review which went in to more detail about how Slimaluma (Caralluma Fimbriata) has been used in India and the side effects that are known, which were mainly gastrointestinal in nature. The side effects caused were thought to be due to the galantine capsule used and the primarily vegetarian diet of the Indian populous, because the capsule contained animal products it reacted with their digestive system and subsided after a few weeks.

So, it does not seem that Slimaluma (Caralluma Fimbriata) has any real adverse effects on your health, but the studies were conducted for Slimaluma (Caralluma Fimbriata) not GyneMax and there was no evidence to support that Slimaluma (Caralluma Fimbriata) or GyneMax helps target Chest Fat but merely aids in the reduction of appetite and fat loss over all.

All the other ingredients are natural and are included to help overcome the side effects of dieting such as fatigue, and to help aid in the fat burning process.
