Gynecomastia Treatment: Male Breast Reduction Surgery

Posted on 09. Apr, 2009 by Dustin in Male Breast Reduction

One of the increasing popular treatments for gynecomastia and pseudogynecomastia is Male Breast Reduction Surgery. For most men the thought of having plastic surgery is some what embarrassing, but regardless of that it is becoming more and more popular.

There seems to be two types of surgery that are being performed.

The first, and most understandable is when the doctors remove actual breast tissue from the chest to eliminate the man boobs.  Reducing actual breast tissue is much harder then losing fat and even with the most valiant of efforts it is sometime impossible to get rid of all of it. This is in the most extreme of cases and only after all other options are exhausted should this surgery be considered.

The second, and least understandable is more like liposuction of the fat in the chest area. These results are easily achieved in a more natural way. That’s why it is somewhat ridiculous to even consider surgery in my opinion. I know that us men are not that lazy, that we can’t even lose a few pounds of fat. All it takes is a little will power and the want to look and feel better about ourselves, combined with the right plan and support to accomplish this. And, best of all the only side effect is loss of fat.

All men have some amount of breast tissue in their chest usually narrowly located around the nipple area. This can be very noticeable during childhood and for most men usually dissipates as they get older. Unfortunately some males never loose their excess breast tissue, this can be due to a factor of reasons, such as the ones described in the Chest Coach System. Fortunately, even some of these men can be helped through natural techniques that are specifically designed to get their hormones and body back in balance which can lead to a reduction of breast tissue and their man boobs.

As with any surgery costs are high and the recovery is painful. Luckily only about 5% of men have real gynecomastia that cannot be cured through natural remedies or medication. It is those few that may have to undergo male breast reduction surgery.

Before resorting to expensive and invasive surgery, my suggestion is try one of the natural solutions first, for a few months, and if you don’t see a reduction of you gynecomastia then go see a doctor and get professional help. If you combine one of the systems above with a healthily diet and drug free lifestyle there is a great chance you will see a reduction in your man boobs.

Remember that only 5% of men may require some type of surgery to solve their gynecomastia problem so the odds are in your favor that you will be successful. Give it a shot what do you have to loose, except your man boos of course.

Try one of these solutions first:

  1. Chest Coach
  2. Get This Off My Chest Now
  3. GyneMax
